I am the Creative Director of the performance creative team at Square. We call if Demand Generation. In the past year, we delivered over 4,000 assets and more than 1,000 creative tests across streaming, paid social, direct mail, and more.

This reel is a one-minute look at that scale, but also at the consistency, craft, and strategic intent behind it. It reflects not just our creative velocity, but the systems, culture, and leadership that allow us to move fast without sacrificing quality. It’s impossible to show it all in one minute, but this comes pretty close.
